COMMUNITY OF HOPE TRAINING BEGINS AT CHRIST EPISCOPAL

In October, Brother Michael Gallagher, a Benedictine monk of Holy Cross Monastery in Beaumont, Texas, met with the Community of Hope participants from Christ Church Covington at Christwood, as they prepare for their training as lay chaplains. The 14 week training will begin January 2006 with Brother Michael scheduled as the first faculty member who will teach the group the meaning of Benedictine Spirituality and how it acts as the framework of this ministry.
