Forms - the forms can be printed, filled out and returned to the church in person, by mail or fax 985-892-3187. The forms that require a signature will have to be printed. However, the forms that are in Word format can be opened and the information typed in. If you choose to do that, save the file with your name added to the original name. Then you can attach it to an e-mail and send it to the church office to Susan sgriffis@christchurchcovington.com.
